The current fiscal cliff negotiations between President Obama and Congress sound terrifying to say the least — what is the Fiscal Cliff? Have we already gone over it? And is that kind of like going over Niagara Falls in a barrel? In an effort to see past the scare tactics and chart a sensible course, John Smart and I were pleased to interview Larry Doyle of Sense on Cents. As a 25-year Wall Street veteran, his financial website and blog emphasizes investor education and protection with regard to the economy, markets, and finance.
I encourage you to download and listen to our interview with Larry who, in plain and palatable language, had much vital information to offer all of us!
Enjoy!

Wow! Excellent show! Larry Doyle is passionate about holding people accountable and so very knowledgeable about Wall Street. I really appreciate what he said about optimism too. Will confess I disagree with him on a few points – like our ability to grow our way out of this mess, but on the whole he is spot on. You and John did an excellent job of keeping the ball rolling and presenting a balanced discussion. It is so nice to hear a reasoned exchange.
Thanks, Linda. I, too, appreciated Larry’s common sense approach and the reasonable dialogue. Even if we disagreed on certain points — demagoguery teaches nothing. This way people get to at least entertain a different idea. I appreciate you tuning in!
